A. Maintaining good player attitude is extremely vital in raiding guilds. Some folks must understand that their turn will come and be patient with it. There is no bitching about loot allowed in the raid. If you have a problem with how loot was handled in a particular raid, please address it with the Loot Council after the raid, or use the private member forums to address it.

Responsibilities of Guild Members Prior to All Raids

Please note that you are required to:
1) respond to the calendar event either accepting or declining,
2) have flasks or elixirs - enough for the entire raid,
3) have good buff food for yourself - feast may be provided but you should have your own,
4) be completely repaired on both duel spec sets,
5) fly yourselves to the raid instance and arrive on time for raid kickoff,
6) have enough repair money for progression raiding.

Player Behaviors During Raids That Causes Negative Merit Adjustments

During raids, you are required to:
1) not interrupt or give orders over the Leadership Council (GM's, Senior Officers, Officers, and Raid Leaders),
2) not fill Ventrilo with random banter during boss fights,
3) not put down annoyance items like trains or flutes,
4) not fight with other members in public or guild channels (take it to tells),
5) not question loot decisions during a raid, be aware of your standings within the merit system ahead of time and if you have questions they should have been addressed prior to the raid,
6) not cause excessive wipes after you have been told exactly what you should be doing more than 3 times,
7) not be AFK for ready checks without having made a leader aware of your AFK (no ninja AFK's), during raids you will get several chances to AFK officially.

Any of the above infractions may result in negative merit, but its not just limited to those listed. Raid Leaders may deduct merit, with Officer approval, for any reason they see fit. You may challenge a deduction of merit with the Officers at a later time, if you wish.
